How to place order
How do I place order on PinGo?

  1. Select your preferred products with the number of quantity and add to your cart list.
  2. Go to shopping Cart and click Checkout once you have done with your selections.
  3. Complete your contact details, billing address, select your preferred mode of delivery, mode of payment, review your order summary before you proceed with the payment.
  4. Once payment is approved, your will receive an email confirmation/SMS.
  5. Once your order has been processed, we will notify you via email/SMS.

Is there a minimum order commitment?
No, there's no minimum order. However, a minimum order amount is required for selected item to enjoy free delivery or a special discount will be given when your order reached a certain amount.

Payment
How do I pay for the order?

You can easily make the payment via any credit or debit cards.

How do I confirm my payment?
Once payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation by email and SMS.

If I am unable to make payment, what should I do?
Please contact or WhatsApp us at +65 8123 6851 or email to pingo@wtstravel.com.sg so we will assist you from there accordingly. Our customer service team is available from 9am-6pm from Mon – Fri.

Order and Delivery
How do we charge on delivery?
There will be $6 delivery fee for orders below $60 in general, free delivery for order above $60. In cases that delivery are fulfilled by our partner, delivery charges and free delivery will be charge based on our partner’s rate.

Do you ship overseas?
No, unfortunately, we only ship to Singapore at the moment

How do I know my order is being processed?
You will receive an email notification/SMS once your order is being processed.

What if I am away from home or have missed the delivery?
We will notify you via phone call/WhatsApp prior to the delivery in order to reconfirm the date and time of the delivery, as well as upon delivery. Please ensure someone is at home as re-delivery may subject to additional charges.

Social Distancing in view of COVID-19 situation
If you wish to have your package delivered to your doorstep without personally collecting your parcel, please leave a note at cart check-out. 

*We will not be responsible for package that was left uncollected while using this method of collection.

Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation will not be allowed after the payment is made.

Return & Exchange
How do I return my wrong/damaged item

Can I change my order details after the order is confirmed and payment is made?
Once the order is confirmed and payment is made, you will not be able to change any order details. However, you may contact us at +65 8123 6851 or WhatsApp us or email to pingo@wtstravel.com.sg.
